About the Position:

• 3-5 days per week – flexible days available Monday to Friday
• Up to 5,000 UDAs with high demand for private treatments (confirmed at interview)
• 50% split on private treatments
• Inherited patient list with stable oral health
• Mentorship and shadowing opportunities with an Implantologist

About the Practice:

• Mixed practice with clinical freedom encouraged
• Friendly, experienced dual-site Practice Manager with over 20 years’ experience
• Mid-sized, spacious practice with natural light
• Hygienist/Therapist providing private treatments and NHS referrals support
• In-house Implantologist handling RCT and cosmetic referrals if desired
• R4 software, Rotary Endodontics, Digital X-rays, and Vistascan Technology
• Private Dental Technician on-site for quick, high-quality lab work
