Overview: An exceptional opportunity for a skilled Associate Dentist to join a highly regarded independent mixed practice in beautiful Exmouth, Devon. The Opportunity:

• Role: Full-time permanent Associate Dentist (part-time options considered).
• Patient List: Inherit a well-established and maintained patient base from a relocating colleague.
• Earnings Potential: Competitive UDA rate up to £17 (DOE, 5000 UDAs available with potential for more), plus a generous 50% gross on all private treatments (including DPAS patients). Expected annual earnings of £100,000 – £125,000+.
• Private Focus: Benefit from very high private demand, with all new patients joining on a private-only basis and often fully booked months in advance. Opportunities exist for cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.

• Team: Comprises three experienced dentists and one dedicated dental hygienist/therapist. Our team boasts diverse expertise, including endodontics, oral surgery, advanced restorative work, and smile design.

Who We Are Looking For:

• GDC Registered: Must be a GDC registered Dentist.
