MBR Dental are recruiting an Associate Dentist for a part-time role in Hartlepool, County Durham. The position is 1–2 days per week, with Tue and Fri 9am-5:30pm preferred, on a self-employed basis. The practice offers NHS, Plan and Private Fee Per Item work with a 50/50 lab/fees split and support from a Treatment Co-ordinator.

Typical earnings are around £15,000–£25,000 per year based on two evenings per week, with monthly payments and access to in-house training.

Qualifications

• GDC registered with valid performer number and DBS check.
• Experience with NHS and private fee structures is advantageous.
• Part-time self-employed role requiring professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Work 1–2 days per week, Tue and Fri 9am-5:30pm if possible.
• Collaborate with Treatment Co-ordinator and in-house teams to drive private interest.

Associate Dentist / Hartlepool, County Durham

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Hartlepool, County Durham to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Available as soon as possible.


• Notice periods taken into consideration.


• Part time opportunity, 1-2 days per week.


• Dentist will ideally work Tuesdays and Fridays 9am-5.30pm.


• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Opportunity to offer NHS, Plan and Private Fee Per Item.


• Negotiable UDA target & rate


• 50% Private fee split.


• 50/50 split on lab bills for NHS & Private.


• Dentist will have support from Treatment Co-ordinator and internal marketing teams to drive Private interest.


• Typical earnings of £15,000-£25,000 per year (based on 2 x evenings per week).


• Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.


• Access to in-house training and development.

Practice Details:

• Established 4 surgery practice.

• Dentist will be working in a spacious surgery with windows.


• Treatments provided include Implants, Orthodontics and Endodontics.


• Dentist will be joining a friendly team of Associates, Specialists, Therapists and experienced Nurses.

• Under a 45-minute drive from Billingham (15–25 minutes), Stockton-on-Tees (20–35 minutes), Middlesbrough (25–35 minutes), Peterlee (20–30 minutes) Sunderland (30–45 minutes) and Durham City (30–45 minutes).
