MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a dental practice in Hartlepool, County Durham to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (1–2 days per week), with Tuesday and Friday 9am–5:30pm preferred.

The role offers NHS, Plan and Private Fee Per Item treatments, 50% private fee split, monthly pay, in-house training, and a supportive team including a Treatment Co-ordinator and Dental Nurses in a spacious practice with modern facilities.

• GDC registered as a licensed dentist in the UK.

Associate Dentist / Hartlepool, County Durham

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Hartlepool, County Durham to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods taken into consideration.
• Part-time opportunity, 1-2 days per week.
• Dentist will ideally work Tuesdays and Fridays 9am-5.30pm.
• Opportunity to offer NHS, Plan and Private Fee Per Item.
• Negotiable UDA target & rate
• 50% Private fee split.
• 50/50 split on lab bills for NHS & Private.
• Dentist will have support from Treatment Co-ordinator and internal marketing teams to drive Private interest.
• Typical earnings of £40,000-£55,000 per year (based on 2 x days per week).
• Dentist will be paid at monthly intervals.
• Access to in-house training and development.
• 5 Dentists already in situ.
• Clinical support from a Therapist and experience Dental Nurses.
• Dentist will be working in a spacious surgery with windows.
• Treatments provided include Implants, Orthodontics and Endodontics.
• Computerised practice with R4.
• Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.
• Onsite Scanner.

• Parking available.
• Under a 45-minute drive from Billingham (15–25 minutes), Stockton-on-Tees (20–35 minutes), Middlesbrough (25–35 minutes), Peterlee (20–30 minutes) Sunderland (30–45 minutes) and Durham City (30–45 minutes).
• 10–15-minute walk from train station.
• Direct trains from Sunderland and Middlesbrough.
