Job description

Azure Dental is a 3 surgery practice looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dentist to join our team.

We are situated close to Meadowhall shopping centre, Sheffield; with direct access to the M1 J34 motorway and a short walk away from the Meadowhall interchange for Bus, Tram and Train services.

We are a fully computerised practice that is committed to providing high quality NHS dental services. You will have access to R4 software, digital radiographs, signature pads, intraoral scanner, Protaper and Wave One rotary endodontic equipment, good quality materials and more importantly supportive and hard working staff.

We are looking for a full time dentist to work Mon - Fri or a part time dentist to work a minimum of 2-3 days, ideally Tues, Thurs and Fri. No weekends.

The total number of UDA's to be achieved is a minimum of 1000 UDA's per day worked per annum, with an excellent rate per UDA on offer.

Qualifications:
- Batchelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) preferred, and GDC registration with a Performer number
