• £14 per UDA, Minimal NHS target of 500 UDAs annually
• Competitive 47% private split
• Additional FD trainer fee of £11,700 annually
• Immediate CPD funding, team outings, and support for MSc-level studies in Endodontics

• August start with potential to extend hours for increased earnings
