Job Description:

MBR Dental is currently assisting a dental practice located in Ebbw Vale, South Wales, to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• The practice belongs to an independently owned dental group of 5 practices.
• Available immediately, with notice periods considered.
• Full or part-time, up to 5 days per week.
• Surgery hours: Monday – 8:30am to 7pm, Tuesday & Wednesday – 9am to 5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, and Friday 8:30am to 2pm.
• Mixed practice environment – NHS, Private, and Denplan.
• Practice offers up to £14 per UDA plus 50% Private.
• UDA targets to be discussed at interview.
• Group practices are two-thirds private and one-third NHS, all on Contract Reform.
• Established patient base with scope for growth and new patients.
• Full marketing support provided.
• Supportive working environment including mentorship, in-house CPD, and up to 50% co-funding for postgraduate courses.
