The practice operates a mixed NHS and Private list, offers up to £16 per UDA and a 50/50 split on private income, with NHS lab bills shared 50/50.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a well-established dental practice in Crediton, Devon with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Position Overview

Available as soon as possible (notice periods considered)

Part‑time opportunity, 2 days per week

Surgery space Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm

• Saturday 9am-5pm is also available

Mixed NHS and Private patient list.

Negotiable UDA target

Up to £16 per UDA, depending on experience

Private earning potential

• Monthly pay with a four-month notice period

50% split on private income.

50/50 lab bill split (NHS and Private)

Support from a qualified Dental Nurse.

• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.

Equipped with Intraoral Scanners, OPG Machine, Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics

Experienced Practice Manager on site
