Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a Newton Abbot, Devon practice to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. Roles available as soon as possible, 2–5 days per week with flexible UDA allocations.

The practice operates a mixed NHS/Plan/Private environment with a 50/50 split on private work and lab bills. It offers a supportive team, in-house training, and modern facilities within an 11-surgery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and private dental care to patients in a mixed practice.
• Perform implants, short-term orthodontics, and sedation where available.
• Maintain high standards of care and infection control in a busy, modern clinic.

Full or part-time role, 2–5 days per week

Surgery days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday 9am-5pm

Flexible UDA allocation

50% split on private work

Monthly pay with a four-month notice period.
