Job summary

MBR Dental are assisting a Chorley, Greater Manchester practice to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. Full-time, 4–5 days per week, with UDA targets and a 50% private split. Opportunity to offer NHS with private work, co-fundedpost graduate courses, and strong support from the team.

Practice is modern, with digital X‑rays, CBCT and iTero scanning. Typical earnings range from £40,000 to £170,000 per year depending on days worked, UDA target and private skillset.

Qualifications

• Strong uptake on Private treatments.
• GDC Registered Dentist and active performer status is expected.
• Enhanced DBS certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care in a busy practice.
• Work within NHS and private treatment plan frameworks.
• Collaborate with the treatment coordinator to drive private uptake.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Chorley, Greater Manchester to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full-time opportunity, up to 5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8am -5.30pm.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role with a 4-month notice period.
• 5600 UDAs available at a negotiable rate.
• Great private opportunity, paid at a 50% split.
• Strong uptake on Private treatments.
• Option to offer Plan alongside NHS.
• Co-funded post graduate courses.
• Support from Treatment Coordinator to drive Private.

Practice Information:

• 6 Dentists already in situ.
• Dentist will be working alongside an experienced Dental Nurse.
• In-house specialists in Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Implants plus a DWSI Cosmetic Dentist.
• Dentist will be working in a modern surgery.
• Computerised with SOE.
• Onsite iTero scanner, OPG, and CBCT.
• Digital X-Rays and Rotary Endo in surgeries.
