The dentist will work on a self-employed basis with a 50% private earnings split, with earnings potential ranging from typical numbers to higher figures depending on UDA targets and private cases.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, 2-6 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Saturday (flexible working hours).
• General Dentist required on a self-employed basis.
• Permanent role with a 4-month notice period.
• Negotiable UDA target and rate.
• Strong private earning potential paid at 50% split.
• Dentist will be working with an established patient list.
• Typical earnings of £40,000-£150,000+ per year depending on amount of days, UDA target and Private skillset.
• Co-funding on post graduate courses.
• Opportunities to progress into Specialist and Lead Dentist roles.
• Dentist will be paid on a monthly basis.
