Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment are assisting a Gloucester (GL1) practice to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is full-time (up to five days per week) with days and hours to be discussed, and can start as a Locum if needed.

The practice is well equipped and mixed, with implants and cosmetic dentistry, offers an established patient list, and pays monthly. Remuneration includes up to £16 per UDA and 50% private revenue, with earnings ranging widely based on days worked.

Job description

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester (GL1), Gloucestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into account.
• Full time position, up to 5 days per week.
• Days and working hours to be discussed.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• Opportunity to work as a Locum Dentist initially.
• Permanent Dentist role with a 4 month notice period.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Flexible UDA target at up to £16.00 per UDA.
• 50% split on Private revenue.
• Average earnings of £40,000 – £160,000 depending on days worked and scope of treatment.
• Dentist will be paid monthly.
• Clinicians will inherit an established list of existing patients.
