MBR Dental are assisting a Broadstairs practice in Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is available full or part-time (2+ days per week) with surgery space 9am-5pm Mon–Sat and optional 8am-2pm or 2-8pm slots.

Remuneration includes negotiable UDA targets with a 50% private split and potential to grow a private list. Typical earnings range £50,000–£180,000 per year, depending on days worked and private skillset, with monthly pay and no clawback.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Broadstairs, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Notice periods are considered.
