This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to provide optimum dental treatment in a superb practice environment. The practice is truly mixed, taking on new patients exclusively on a private basis. You will benefit from a well-maintained NHS patient list with a flexible UDA allocation at £11 per unit. There is also a significant private treatment opportunity, paid at 50% of the gross within a state-of-the-art, purpose-built dental practice. The principal provides nearly 100% private dentistry and aims to share his established patients with the new associate.

The practice features six fully air-conditioned surgeries, SOE, digital radiographs, rotary endo (Wave one Gold, Hyflex), Clinipads, intra-oral cameras. The team includes an experienced principal dentist, a Dental Therapist/Hygienist, and supportive administrative, managerial, and nursing staff. In-house Endodontics with a microscope, Orthodontics including Invisalign, and Implants are available. Candidates with skills in these areas or seeking mentoring will find helpful colleagues eager to support and advise. Ideal candidates will have experience and qualifications in short-term orthodontics (e.g., Invisalign) and restorative dentistry, including composite bonding, though this is not mandatory.
