Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team in our independent referral practice. Boutiquedental23 is looking for a young dentist to join our team.

Suitable Candidates

This role would also suit a dentist who has just completed Foundation Training. We aim to provide a solid foundation for good dental practice with progression to private dentistry over time. We are committed to supporting professional development through both theoretical and practical teaching.

Training and Mentorship

We can offer practical training to complement postgraduate learning up to MSc level. The position involves a mixed list, working alongside our in-house advanced restorative/aesthetic dentists, and includes opportunities for MDT work with our implantologist, endodontist, and orthodontic practitioners.

Team and Facilities

Our dental team is involved in postgraduate training, including hands-on training for local dentists and lecturing at international conferences. The principal dentist is a current NHS training programme director and a Fellow of the College of General Dentistry.

Practice Equipment and Compensation

Our equipment, materials, and staff are consistent with a practice that has a large private dentistry base.

Remuneration

The NHS component offers a negotiable UDA rate in the £13 to £14 range. Private fees are also negotiable depending on the candidate.
