Associate Dentist Jobs in Batley, West Yorkshire. INDEPENDENT. £14 per UDA, 50% on private/labs, supportive principal onsite full-time to assist and mentor. ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

Practice and Role

This well-established, independent practice boasts a loyal patient base and a supportive, friendly team, including an on-site principal dentist available throughout the week. The practice is dedicated to supporting its associates, enabling them to provide the highest standard of patient care with full clinical freedom. Guidance and support are readily available where needed. To encourage patient-focused decision-making, the practice part-funds lab bills, contributing £1,000 towards labs for every 1,000 UDAs delivered.

The practice features five modern, well-maintained surgeries equipped with full computerisation, WaveOne rotary endo, and digital X-rays, among other facilities. The successful associate will inherit a stable patient list, offering a good opportunity for private work alongside routine dentistry. The practice regularly provides private treatments, including short-term orthodontics, whitening, bonding, and crown and bridgework.

Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
