Bupa Dental Care is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their Watford practice on a self-employed basis. This role offers flexible hours, access to professional development resources, and the opportunity to treat a loyal patient base with a focus on excellent patient care. Join a supportive team in a modern practice equipped with advanced technology.
We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Watford.
Established with 4 surgeries, modern working environment, fully computerised with Dentally software, digital x-ray, and Apex Locator. Experienced longstanding associates supported by a team of fully-trained professional staff. The practice offers Private, NHS, Implants, Perio, Endo, and Invisalign treatments.
Watford uses Dentally software, which helps our practices run more effectively, giving our colleagues more time for what matters—better patient care. Feel free to ask about it during the recruitment process.
Our practice offers the Bupa Smile Plan—a payment plan allowing patients to spread the cost of routine preventive dentistry throughout the year. This helps patients budget for dental care and encourages regular attendance, maintaining their oral health. For you, it means a more stable revenue stream from a loyal patient base with no fees or admin costs—you get paid for the services you offer at private pricing.
Partnering with Bupa also provides the opportunity to treat our insurance customers, enhancing your revenue streams and growing private work.
Why we're different: As the only UK corporate dental provider not backed by private equity, we’re committed to the long-term UK dental industry—private and NHS—and aim to serve patients across generations. As a limited liability company, Bupa has no shareholders, allowing us to focus solely on delivering excellent patient care. We reinvest 100% of profits to improve healthcare worldwide.
