Remuneration: £14 per UDA + Private

Description:

Part-time Dentist required for 4 days per week in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Tonbridge area.

• £14 per UDA
• EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL
• Taking on existing lists. Busy practice and lots of private treatments being provided
• 50% split on private income
• 50/50 split on lab bills
• 4500 UDA (Annual)
• Days available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• 4 Associates, 1 specialist, 3 hygienists (5 surgery practice)
• SOE
• iTero scanner
• OPG
• Digital x-rays
• Parking at the practice
• Available start date negotiable, ideally 2nd July 2025

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
