Seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at a well-established dental practice near Toddington.

Join a historically rooted, family-run practice in a charming town setting, offering a loyal patient base, strong team culture, and genuine opportunities to convert NHS patients to private.

With supportive leadership and long-serving staff, this practice is ideal for a driven, NHS-focused clinician ready to expand their private portfolio.

About the Position:

• Flexible working days available – 3-4 days per week
• £12 – £13 per UDA (D.O.E.)
• 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
• 45% split on private
• Private scope with excellent conversion potential – can be actively demonstrated
• Ideal candidate must be a strong NHS General Dentist and Team Player
• Full and inherited diary from day one – stable earnings and strong oral health
• Available to start from August 2025

• Mid-sized surgery independent practice, family owned – full clinical freedom
• Very busy and well regarded practice – situated in a purposely converted historical property
• Four surgeries fitted with new chairs
