An opportunity for a Private focused Associate Dentist is available with a reputable dental clinic near Reading.

This is beautiful practice offers high-end NHS Dentistry with a keen focus on private treatments.

This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit a busy, high-performing patient list from a departing Dentist in a well-established mixed practice. The practice combines NHS stability with a strong inherited private list, offering both consistency and growth.

About the Position:

• Flexible days - Part-Time – 3-4 days per week
• £12.50 - £13 per UDA (D.O.E.)
• Up to 2,500 UDAs total
• 45% split on private work completed
• Essential: Must offer Invisalign (Comprehensive) and have previous private or conversion experience
• Established and busy list to inherit from day one!
• Inherited Private list includes 200 Denplan patients and a Fee-per-item patient base!
• Exceptionally high private conversion and earnings due to affluent area
• High volume of Invisalign, Whitening, RCT And Endodontic requests
• Available to start from August 2025
