Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Preston is seeking a part-time or full-time Performer Dentist for 2–5 days per week in a busy, well-established independent practice.

Offers £13 per UDA, strong private potential, up to 5000 UDAs available, 50/50 split on Private & Labs; fully computerised surgeries, digital x-rays, intra-oral scanner, rotary endo, on-site parking, and an immediate start negotiable.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• GDC registration is required
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport and enhanced DBS within last 12-36 months

Part-time or Full Time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, well-established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Preston, Lancashire

• £13 per UDA
• GOOD PRIVATE POTENTIAL

• 30 minutes to Blackburn, and Southport, 35 minutes to Blackpool
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
