Remuneration: Circa £70,000 - £120,000

Description:Part Time or Full Time Dentist required 2-4 days per week for an Independent practice in Preston

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
