Introduction

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in the Donovan’s Dental Care practice, Petworth as we look to appoint a successor to our long-standing dentist within the practice.

Michael Donovan, BDS (LON) DGDP RCS (ENG) is a well-regarded, in demand Dentist with skill set in Orthodontic and general dentistry, and is the founder of Donovan’s Dental Care. We are now seeking a talented Associate Dentist to step into this exciting role as Mike plans his well-earned retirement.

The Opportunity

The desired clinician will be a key player within the practice, offering exceptional patient care and ensuring patients are treated for all aspects of their oral health and to take over a loyal and stable patient base that Mike has built over 30 years of exceptional care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who also has an interest to grow and bring new treatments into the practice. You will have full clinical freedom allowing you to operate as you choose and there is excellent earning potential. You will also benefit from working in a high-end practice alongside other outstanding clinicians.

We would be looking for someone to start in the spring of 2025 picking up 1 day per month, building up 2 days per week with a full handover of the book by July 2025 when Mike will be retiring.
