Job description

Join Our Independent Private Dental Practice

Are you a dentist looking for more than just another associate role?
We’re an independent, private practice with a strong reputation for quality care, and we’re proud to do things differently. Our focus is on healthy mouths, happy patients, and a supportive team environment — not corporate targets.

We’re looking for a motivated associate dentist (2–4 days per week) to care for an established list of patients, with plenty of opportunity to grow your book further as demand for private care continues to rise.

What we offer:

  • The chance to do the kind of high-quality dentistry you enjoy, with the time to focus on patients properly
  • A welcoming, hard-working and genuinely friendly team
  • Supportive dentists and clinicians on hand to help you grow, develop, and expand your skills
  • A modern, well-equipped practice (digital systems, spacious surgeries)
  • Access to excellent hygienists and on-site specialists (Perio & Prosthodontics)
  • A strong private patient base with only a very small NHS commitment (around 5% of the list)
  • Flexibility to develop your skills in areas such as Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics or implants
  • The freedom and autonomy of working in an independent practice with long-term prospects

About you:

  • GDC registered with an NHS performer number
  • Confident in general dentistry with high clinical standards
  • A great communicator with a calm, reassuring chairside manner
  • Keen to grow, develop your own identity, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice where you’ll feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV to Nicola Knott.
