Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable.
• Local Area Team confirmation.
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV, and TB results (dated within last 5 years).
• Indemnity certificate.
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
• Clinical references (minimum 2 referees from the past 2 years).
• PIN number.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental procedures in a busy practice, focusing on both NHS and private patients.
• Work flexibly for 2 days a week, specifically on Monday and Wednesday.
• Manage patient care effectively, utilizing practice provided equipment and support.

Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

• Days: Monday & Wednesday
• EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
• 2500 UDA's available
• 50% NHS - 50% Private patient list
• Practice Plan and FPI patients
• Invisalign provider advantageous but not essential
• £13 per UDA
• 45% split on Private (negotiable)
• 50/50 labs
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Brand new digital x-ray
• iTero Scanner
• Rotary Endo
• Practice will provide any other equipment required by the Associate
• Hygienist on-site
• Parking on-site
