Job summary

Green Apple Dental in Haverhill is seeking an experienced Associate for 3-4.5 days per week in a modern, independently owned practice. The role offers £14 per UDA with a 50/50 split on private income and lab bills.

Expect a busy environment with a Principals List to inherit, plus 2 hygienists and therapists on-site and a full support team. The clinic operates Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–2pm, with patient parking and staff parking available.

Qualifications

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titres, Hep C, HIV and TB results within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS within last 12-36 months
• Clinical references covering past 2 years (min 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate within last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number

Responsibilities

Part‑time or full‑time experienced Associate required for 3-4.5 days per week in a MODERN, WELL‑ESTABLISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Haverhill, Suffolk.
