Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with registration for practice in the UK.
• Experience in general dental care including exams, restorations, preventive treatments, and basic cosmetic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
• Team-based work with dental nurses and reception staff.
• Commitment to CPD and staying current with guidelines.
• Private practice or specialist experience is advantageous.

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based at the Elegant Smiles practice in Grantham. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive treatments. Daily responsibilities include managing patient consultations, performing clinical procedures, maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to relevant clinical and safety standards. The role involves working closely with dental nurses and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. The Associate Dentist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support the practice’s growth and reputation within the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with appropriate professional registration and eligibility to practice dentistry in the region.
• Experience providing general dental care, including examinations, restorations, preventive treatments, and basic cosmetic procedures.
