Smile Together Dental CIC in Gloucester is recruiting an Associate Dentist to join a brand-new, Cornwall-style clinic in the city centre. You’ll provide a mix of General NHS Dentistry, NHS Urgent Dental Care and stabilisation treatments, with flexible hours from 8am to 8pm, and a varied patient caseload supported by nurses and admin staff.

Day to day, you’ll provide a mix of general dentistry, NHS Urgent Dental Care and stabilisation treatment, assessing patients, diagnosing dental problems and providing appropriate treatment to meet their immediate and ongoing needs. You’ll work with a varied patient caseload, supported by experienced nursing and administrative teams, with the flexibility to work between 8am and 8pm and build your sessions around your availability.

Associate Roles:

• Earning potential in excess from £126,500 (OTE)
• Based on a day rate from £550, to provide a mixture of Urgent Care and Stabilisation sessions.
• Private: 50% income split
• Labs: 50% split for any lab bills
• Balanced clinical mix: General NHS Dentistry, NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation - with options for private upgrades dependent on patient requirements
