A private dental practice in Aylesbury is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist. This role offers an existing patient list, excellent earning potential, and the freedom to practice with clinical autonomy. Candidates must have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience and be comfortable with advanced aesthetic procedures. Commitment to weekdays including one evening per week is required. Job description

Rare opportunity for permanent Full-Time Associate Dentist position available at a long established (50+ years) independent,fully private practice in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Could start late October/ November 2025.

• The dentist will be replacing a long-standing colleague who is relocating abroad and will be workingas part of a small team with 2 other dentists
• Independent practice
• A full transfer of an existing private patient list (great patients) and, in addition, most new patients will be directed to the new dentist
• Excellent grossing potential & very competitive remuneration, based on Fee Per Item private treatments
• Full clinical freedom + 30 minute check-up appointments (60 minutes for fillings)
• Recently fitted surgery (A-dec),withair-con
• Fully computerised (R4), digital X-rays, intra-oral scanners + cameras in each surgery
• Hygienist (most days) and Oral surgeon attending monthly
• Great lab support
• Very experienced team and nurse

• The dentist must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to commit to weekdays (5 days)including1 evening per week (until 8pm)
• No weekends!
• Performer number &minimum 3 years experience essential (dentist must have done VT/ DFT post-qualification training)
• Full clinical freedom given
• The dentist must be able to carry out basic dentistry (treatment planning, fillings, root treatments, crowns, dentures, etc.) to a very high standard
• Should be comfortable carrying out a high standard of aesthetic work, e.g. composite bonding, veneers, aesthetic fillings, etc.
• Ideally should be happy to restore implants
