Remuneration: £40 per hour negotiable dependent on experience

Description

Part Time Hygienist required for 1 day per week in a FULLY PRIVATE practice in Dorchester.

1. Ideally Friday with potential to increase hours
2. 2-3 years minimum experience
3. Clinical Freedom and flexibility working alongside a team of Specialist Periodontists
4. Hours 9 am - 4.30 pm
5. Full Nursing support
6. Fully computerised, modern surgeries
7. The practice has an excellent reputation in the local area for offering high-quality services
8. Very experienced, long standing Practice Manager
9. Experienced, long standing team
10. Radiography qualified dental nurses
11. Treatment Co-ordinator/Assistant Manager on site
12. CBCT scanner, Trios on-site, Intra Oral Camera, Digital Radiography
13. On site Parking
14. Available immediately

Compliance requirements

1. Full NHS Performer Number
2. Local Area Team confirmation
3. GDC certificate
4. UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
5. Indemnity certificate
6. Passport
7. Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
8. Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
9. Degree certificate
10. CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
