Remuneration: Circa £50,000

Description:Part-time Associate required for 2.5 days per week for an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Corby, Northants
• 2.5 days flexible - with scope to increase
• £13-£14 per UDA
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Hours 9am - 5pm
• Practicing principal on site
• 2 surgeries equipped with SOE
• Fully computerised
• Digital x-rays
• Well established List
• Free parking in bays outside and on the street
• Available December 24 but can start sooner

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
