Private Associate position in beautiful North Devon

Riverside Dental Practice is a long established, predominantly private practice set in the heart of the desirable village of Braunton, just ten minutes from North Devon’s stunning beaches.

Our associate is heading to New Zealand leaving behind a thriving list with excellent earning potential across 3 days and the opportunity to practice high quality, patient focused family dentistry with a fantastic work life balance.

The adult list is over 80% private split between Denplan and fee per item patients, both paid at a 50% split. We have a very small NHS contract that we mainly use to offer children free dentistry. The current associate has established an Invisalign service and the practice also restores implants for two local surgeons. Although the position is three days / week, the earning potential is more than enough to sustain an excellent life here without additional sessions.

Riverside has an excellent local reputation and always has a long waiting list for new private patient appointments. We are proud to be considered the “go to” practice our local community relies on to offer high quality dentistry with good communication and a patient centered approach in a relaxed and calm environment.

We are Denplan Excel accredited and were selected as a Foundation training practice for many years. We have a team approach with many long standing staff of all ages. We are family owned and offer a fun, supportive and relaxed working environment with all the normal dental “mod cons” ( I/O scanner, digital x-ray, Exact software etc ). We are a preventive focused practice with a full time hygienist service.

Braunton itself is a large bustling village with good restaurants, fun pubs and independent shops located ten minutes from the coast, full of life year round but within an area renowned as a summer holiday destination. The beaches are stunning and offer opportunities for surfing & many other water sports, trail running, walking, cold water swimming, beach yoga, scenic cycling, an internationally famous golf course and an idyllic place to relax in the sun with your lunch ( yes we are close enough to pop to the beach at lunchtime!)

Exmoor is a short drive away offering stunning scenery, awesome walking, road and mountain biking and some fantastic options for locally sourced, nationally ratedfood and drink. The local area has indoor and outdoor climbing, multiple gyms, yoga and Pilates studios, two swimming pools and an excellent tennis and leisure center. Nearby Barnstaple has all the normal shopping, cinema etc you might need and the vibrant city of Exeter is within an hours drive.
