Mixed Associate Dentist – Stable Diary & Excellent Clinical Support
Location: Near Bletchley, Milton Keynes

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mixed Associate Dentist to join a well-established and supportive practice near Bletchley. With an inherited patient list, strong private potential, Endodontist/Implantologist shadowing opportunities, this role is ideal for a motivated general dentist looking for stability and growth.

The Role:

• 2–3 days per week available – flexible between Monday to Friday – sociable working hours
• 2,000–3,000 UDAs available
• £13.50 per UDA
• 45% split on private work completed
• 45% split on lab bills
• Inherited, well-maintained patient list – stable and easy NHS from day one!
• Strong position for general all-round Dentists, but special interests will be promoted and utilised to the full potential
• Patient receptiveness to ethical conversion – strong NHS to private records
• Position is well-suited for both established and Foundation Dentists seeking their first Associate role
