A governmental health regulatory agency in Leeds is looking for a candidate to assist Delivery Managers in improving digital product delivery. The successful individual will have a degree or relevant experience, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies. Responsibilities include planning agile processes and communicating with stakeholders. The role offers a salary of £32,645 plus pension and a flexible working arrangement.

The Digital and Technology Group (D&T) lies at the heart of the Agency and is responsible for delivering an optimised IT infrastructure and maximising the secure use of data to enable our scientists, inspectors, and the rest of the organisation to deliver world class services which can improve outcomes for patients and the general public. The Group was essential in the race to approve COVID-19 vaccines in 2020 and in supporting the UK to set up its own medicines and devices approvals systems following our exit from the EU. The Delivery function is responsible for providing a Delivery Centre of Excellence to drive an agile approach to technology-based change to deliver minimum viable products (MVP) and continuous improvements and managing all stages of the product development and implementation lifecycle, including business case creation, benefits realisation planning, and management of risks.
Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in assisting Delivery Managers to change how the Agency delivers digital products and services.
You will support a Delivery Manager on a larger team, providing delivery capability support, under guidance and mentorship or work individually to deliver a smaller initiative.
You will be accountable and responsible for tasks assigned to you, whilst continuously improving on the job.

Applicants who are successful at interview will be, as part of pre-employment screening subject to a check on the Internal Fraud Database (IFD).
