We invite applications for the role of Associate Dean responsible for Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT) in the South West Region. This senior educator role involves 1 session (4 hours) weekly, appointed on a secondment basis or as a substantive role for Primary Care staff.
The candidate should be an experienced clinician with substantial experience in educational leadership, capable of working effectively in a multi-professional team. Responsibilities include developing programs for learners' safe return to work, managing networks, maintaining the SuppoRTT website, overseeing discretionary funding, and regional supervision.
