Scholars School System seeks an Associate Dean – Teaching and Learning (Business Management) to lead the strategic direction of undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes across campuses, including Birmingham. You will partner with senior leaders to promote innovation, quality assurance and student success.

The role requires extensive higher education leadership, a PhD in business, and a track record of curriculum development and staff development.

Formación

• Must have 15 years of higher education experience preferably in public or private universities.
• Proven track record in curriculum development, quality assurance, and student success initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and academic planning in a higher education setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership in the development and review of the School’s portfolio of undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes.
• Promote innovation and excellence in student education maximising digital resources and student partnership.
• Liaise with partner institutions and represent the University nationally to enhance external profile.
• Lead and oversee teaching and learning activities to ensure high-quality student experience across campuses.
• Line manage the Business management Team and support staff development.
