This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement with occasional travel to UK locations, including Coventry, Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, and London. Travel is expected to be at least once a week, fluctuating with business needs. Note that our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit and Arden work locations are added to employment contracts.

About the Opportunity: We seek a motivated Senior Academic Leader to join our Faculty of Social Sciences and Technology as Associate Dean, focusing on academic programmes and student experience, providing strategic leadership and impact.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Dean, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze faculty data, participate in committees, and represent the faculty externally. Focus areas include Academic Programmes, Student Success, Research, and External Relations.
About You: You should have a strong record in pedagogy, senior academic leadership, programme management, and relevant qualifications (e.g., PG Cert HE, Fellowships). You should have a vision for academic excellence and insight into higher education challenges.
