Job summary

CFC’s Data & AI team is building production AI agents and ML pipelines that drive real underwriting decisions. As an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll work alongside senior data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to run experiments and feed insights into live services.

You’ll design experiments, evaluate new AI techniques, and help productionize models and workflows, building evidence-based improvements and robust analytics for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with LLM-powered apps and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with ML models (including deep models) and their lifecycle.
• Exposure to experiment tracking tools (e.g. MLflow).
• Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of SQL; Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments shaping production AI agents and deployment improvements.
• Explore cutting-edge AI developments and prototype new techniques for production value.
• Evaluate and refine LLM-powered workflows with robust evaluation frameworks.
