Job description

Our client is seeking an Associate to support the Data Culture programme within Wealth Management Europe. This full-time role focuses on fostering a modern data culture by enhancing data literacy across the organisation, empowering employees to confidently and appropriately engage with data. Key areas include data quality, privacy, data sharing, usage, and exploring innovative topics like Generative AI.

Job Duties:

  • Identify data literacy needs and potential topics for the Data Culture programme.
  • Engage stakeholders to develop and align creative ideas with the strategy.
  • Implement programme initiatives by creating materials, coordinating actions, and working with stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage communications across different channels, collaborating with Communications, Business Shared Services, and Learning & Development teams.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from data literacy initiatives through surveys and focus sessions.
  • Facilitate and document actions from Data Culture Working Group and Champions meetings.
  • Manage Data Culture Connect and intranet pages.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Office and Wealth Management Data Management Office on broader data literacy initiatives.
  • Develop and source materials for learning, using both internal and external resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, cooperative, and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience participating in projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Agile, project management, or design thinking techniques - desirable.
  • Awareness of core data topics and experience in employee education or literacy - desirable.
