Job summary

RSM UK is hiring an Associate Data Architect to help design, implement and improve our firm’s core data architecture across enterprise functions. You will support architecture standards and align data platforms with agreed guidelines while working with finance, people, clients, operations, risk and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data architecture, data analysis, data governance or enterprise systems delivery.
• Understanding of data modelling, data integration, data flows and enterprise data structures.

This role is suited to someone developing towards a full Data Architect role, with strong analytical, technical and governance awareness, and the ability to work across architecture, delivery and operational teams. You'll make an impact by: Supporting the Data Architect in defining and maintaining architecture standards for enterprise data services, pipelines, integrations, and common data models Supporting the development and improvement of common data models across finance, people, clients, operations, risk and compliance Supporting the management and review of governance, data quality, observability and supportability controls across enterprise data services Working with enterprise function stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, architects and service teams to understand data needs, issues and improvement opportunities.
