Job description

• You will collaborate with the regional lead, data scientists, other data analysts, and Mintel’s client-facing teams to support the build and delivery of custom analytics reports and deliverables for Mintel’s clients via consulting engagements.
• You will become well-versed in Mintel’s data and analytics capabilities, helping to expand their use in our products and services, and contribute to ongoing innovation and evolution.
• You will fetch data from Mintel’s data warehouse (SQL and Snowflake), mine data for insights using Python Jupyter notebooks and established methodologies, and develop data visualizations using Python libraries and BI tools.
• You will develop positive relationships with the team, stakeholders, and clients to identify new opportunities for data and analytics at Mintel.
• Collaborate with the Data Science & Analytics team globally to ensure consistent technical approaches and alignment with client needs.
• Stay current on emerging data science technologies and techniques as part of a fluid, innovation-focused team.
