In this role, the successful candidate will work as part of a team providing first-level customer support for customers (mainly accounting practices) using our CCH Audit Automation software. This role involves resolving product issues via phone, Support Portal, or web chat.
The successful candidate will be a confident, determined self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We value quick learners who enjoy resolving challenging situations. You will have the flexibility to work in an environment that encourages autonomy and decision-making. Support will be provided by colleagues across the team to assist in learning the products and systems.
