Studio

Uniquely, Planhat's content and brand are powered by an in-house creative agency – Studio Planhat – consisting of brand and web designers, copywriters, videographers, and photographers, led by our Creative Director, Alberto.

Our Studio owns creative end-to-end, ranging from cinematic films like Cutting Through the Advertising Fog to Teaser videos, immersive landing pages, television-grade interviews, and product-centric showcases to custom surfboards, event booths, and more.

Every graphic, image, or story that emerges from Planhat starts in our London Studio. We're building an era-defining B2B brand for a company that already powers the world's most customer-centric businesses.

Taking cues from old-school ad agencies, we're lean, fast, and obsessed with craft. We prioritize taste, clarity, and timelessness over trends.

We focus on sharp ideas, strong signals, and creative that lands. Daily, we translate raw commercial input into imaginative, production-ready assets that drive real outcomes.

As Planhat’s brand architects, we measure success by the impact of our work on traffic, engagement, and reputation. Our brand system is designed to scale without losing its edge.

Challenge

As Planhat grows exponentially, the demands of producing and executing proven strategies are limiting our ability to innovate with new formats and mediums.

As the sole owner of our Studio's creative vision and operations, our Director is becoming a bottleneck to scaling.

You will translate commercial needs into creative outputs and amplify the work of our creatives. You should enjoy leading, delivering, and continuously improving—both yourself and your team.

The Studio needs leadership that thinks like artists and works like accountants: executing ambitious ideas with diligence and precision.

If you're our candidate, you'll love:

  • Turning big ideas into reality, e.g., designing, manufacturing, and showcasing surfboards in a film
  • Transforming chaos into clarity, e.g., creating detailed specs for web updates within 48 hours
  • Balancing form and function, e.g., producing captivating reels and enabling teams to create videos independently

Your responsibilities include:

  • Brand systems and campaign kits
  • Web and digital design elements
  • Film and animation production
  • Commercial collateral

You likely have experience in a creative studio or agency, owning brand execution, directing multidisciplinary work, and producing impactful campaigns. You navigate ambiguity, craft narratives, and sharpen end products.
