Job description

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

Hybrid role - 2 to 3 days on site in London Wall Place.
The Team And Role

A leader in sustainability, Logitech designs software-enabled hardware solutions in pursuit of our mission to extend human potential in work and play. Our Creative & Design team delivers award-winning design and creative excellence. The Associate Creative Director is a strategically minded, hands-on creative who works closely with the Creative Director to raise the ambition, originality and effectiveness of Logitech’s creative output. You will help shape how the brand shows up across campaigns, content and experiences, bringing together strong ideas, distinctive art direction and exceptional craft. You will be equally comfortable developing a big idea, shaping a visual world, challenging and refining creative, and getting into the detail to make the work better. Working across Logitech Personal Workspace (PWS) and with teams across the business, you will help create attention-grabbing work and creative experiences that are culturally relevant, strategically grounded and distinctly Logitech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape creative ideas: develop original, strategically grounded ideas that bring Logitech’s brand, products and business ambitions to life.
  • Push beyond the expected to create work that is distinctive, relevant and memorable.
  • Raise the creative bar: work closely with the Creative Director to elevate the quality, ambition and originality of our creative output.
  • Be hands-on: concept, art-direct and design integrated creative across campaigns, content, social, digital, photography, film and other brand experiences. Remain close to the work from initial idea through to final execution.
  • Build compelling creative worlds: develop strong visual and conceptual systems that give campaigns a distinctive point of view and create consistency across multiple channels and markets.
  • Champion the brand: help evolve and strengthen Logitech’s creative expression, ensuring work feels unmistakably Logitech while remaining fresh, contemporary and culturally relevant.
  • Collaboration is key: partner with writers, designers, strategists, marketers, producers and external creative partners to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional work. Help create an environment where the best idea wins.
  • Present and influence: clearly articulate creative thinking, concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Put the consumer first: develop a strong understanding of consumer mindsets, behaviours and cultural context to create work that is meaningful, useful and engaging.
  • Bring craft and detail: have a deep appreciation for design, typography, photography, film, motion, digital and emerging forms of creative expression. Know that great ideas only become great work through great execution.
  • Stay ahead of what’s next: keep close to culture, creativity, technology, AI and emerging creative tools. Experiment with new ways of working and look for opportunities to make our work more innovative and effective.
  • Champion creative ambition: bring energy, curiosity and a restless desire to make work that stands out, earns attention and moves the brand forward.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with a standout portfolio of original, strategically grounded, big idea driven advertising, brand and engagement work.
  • B2C experience is essential, with B2B experience a huge plus.
  • A strong track record of developing and delivering high-quality integrated creative across campaigns, film/video, social, digital, photography, experiential and non-traditional media.
  • Exceptional conceptual and art direction skills, with the ability to turn strategic challenges into simple, compelling and distinctive creative ideas.
  • A high level of craft and a strong understanding of how to take an idea from initial thought through to polished final execution.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior creative, marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, with the ability to clearly articulate creative strategy, narrative and ideas.
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to champion creative thinking while remaining open to feedback and collaboration.
  • Experience working across complex, multi-channel and global brand environments, with an understanding of how to create work that can scale without losing its creative impact.
  • Deep production and post-production knowledge across video, CG, photography, print and digital, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production partners and specialists.
  • A genuine passion for advertising, design, popular culture, technology and emerging creative trends.
  • A strong interest in AI and emerging creative technologies, and an appetite for exploring how they can unlock better ideas, faster workflows and new forms of creative expression.
  • A collaborative, curious and generous creative partner who can build strong relationships across disciplines and bring people with them.
  • A restless drive to create truly outstanding, culturally resonant work.
  • A steady demeanour, strong emotional intelligence and the ability to give and receive feedback in a way that makes the work stronger — without ego.
