Role Purpose

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with big ideas, passion, and an insatiable appetite for social media. The ACD will oversee multiple creative projects and campaigns, with high-level client interaction. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, is passionate about creating innovative ideas, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Bring To Jungle

• Experience in a Creative Lead or ACD role
• Excellent writing skills and ability to keep up with tight turnaround times
• Strong conceptual thinking paired with exceptional visual execution skills
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Confident and persuasive when presenting work to clients

Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing as an Associate Creative Director

• Concept Development and Ideation:
• Generate high-level, impactful ideas aligned with campaign strategies and client objectives
• Collaborate with Strategy, Production, and wider teams to develop compelling, on-brand creative solutions
• Create visually exciting, well-written presentation decks that tell a clear story
• Stay up-to-date with social trends and cultural shifts to ensure creative concepts remain relevant and forward-thinking
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients
• Inspire internal teams and clients by showcasing confidence, expertise, and passion for creativity
• Regularly present creative work to clients/media agencies in a lead creative role
• Project Oversight and Production:
• Oversee all stages of creative development, from ideation to final execution
• Attend shoots and post-production sessions to ensure creative vision is effectively executed
• Management and Mentorship:
• Manage multiple members of the Creative department, providing clear direction, actionable feedback, and growth opportunities
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team environment, encouraging creative risk-taking and professional development
• Identify talent needs, assist in hiring, onboarding, and resource planning to scale creative teams as needed
• Deep understanding of social and digital platforms
