Leading independent built asset consultancy with a global presence is seeking an experienced Associate level Cost Manager to take responsibility for key projects within the industrial & logistics sector, a buoyant sector for them and their clients, experiencing significant growth. This role offers a great opportunity for personal development and progression within the business. You will join an established and supportive team of cost management professionals in Birmingham, with extensive and diverse experience.

The company understands the unique complexities of the logistics and manufacturing industries, including repurposing, redesigning, and reimagining logistics and manufacturing spaces. They excel in bespoke fit-outs, large logistics parks, multi-level indoor farming, automated warehousing, and temperature-controlled environments.

You will manage high-value, multi-unit logistics developments with full commercial responsibility and act as the primary liaison with clients.
