Job Description

We are recruiting an Associate Cost Manager to work on some of Turner & Townsend alinea's most prestigious mixed-use real estate projects, with values ranging from millions to billions of pounds.

You will:

• Manage and lead aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy, including pre- and post-contract duties
• Produce cost estimates and cost plans
• Manage the tender process, review tender returns, analyze, and recommend procurement routes
• Attend meetings, prepare financial reports, and monitor project status
• Ensure projects stay within budget from design to completion
• Handle post-contract duties, including variations and final account negotiations
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage junior team members to deliver cost management services effectively

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• UK Cost Management experience in the Real Estate/Property sector
• Experience on projects of £10m or more
• Experience with new build and fit-out projects
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
