A prestigious US law firm is looking to add a high-performing Corporate Tax Associate (2–6 PQE) to its elite transactional tax practice in London. The team is known for its high-end work on private equity, M&A and fund structuring matters, supporting a client base of top-tier sponsors and financial institutions across global markets.

The Role

You’ll work alongside a senior team of technically brilliant, commercially sharp partners who are recognised for advising on some of the most complex, high-value transactions in the market. The role spans a mix of UK and cross-border tax structuring, supporting high-profile private equity, M&A, restructuring and fund formation matters.
