The Role

Join a Legal 500-ranked Corporate Tax team, where you will handle a diverse and stimulating range of matters, including:

Tax considerations in mergers and acquisitions and PE transactions
Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
Issues involving SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes.
Some lending work

The Ideal Candidate

Is an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor (1+PQE) who can turn their hand to all things Tax law
Can work independently and as part of a team
Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
