Job summary

Global Law Firm (Glasgow) is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its bustling team. The role focuses on advising clients on corporate matters and private M&A, with exposure to a broad range of jurisdictions and sectors in a truly international platform.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day transactional work, manage client relationships and draft essential documents, while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to business development and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on corporate transactions and M&A matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SPAs, disclosure letters and shareholder/JV agreements.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A matters, with a particular focus on private M&A transactions. The team acts for private equity sponsors, investment funds, public and private companies, financial institutions, family offices and emerging businesses across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions.
